Help build a new industrial environmental technology business
Ventrix is developing a simple, modular solution for odour reduction at biogas plants, waste handling facilities and wastewater treatment sites. The core product is a mobile biofilter unit built around a standard hook-lift container. The concept has already been developed to an advanced stage, with:
technical concept and specifications
branding and website
product material and visualisations
discussions with manufacturers
preliminary production cost estimates
identified customer segments
The next step is commercialisation.
The opportunity
I am looking for a commercial co-founder or partner who wants to take a leading role in bringing the business to market. This is not a traditional sales position. The ambition is to build a real company serving industrial customers with practical environmental solutions. The right person would have the opportunity to shape the commercial side of the business from the beginning and potentially take on a long-term leadership role.
Why now?
Unlike many startup ideas, Ventrix is based on:
proven technology
identified customer groups
realistic manufacturing
relatively straightforward sales processes
The product is designed to be built on order, meaning revenue can potentially be generated from the first customer projects without significant upfront investment.
What you would do
Initially:
develop customer relationships
identify pilot customers
manage sales discussions
help shape pricing and commercial strategy
support supplier and manufacturing relationships
Longer term:
build and lead the commercial organisation
recruit additional resources as required
potentially become Managing Director or CEO of the company
Who you are
Ideally you have experience in one or more of:
industrial sales
environmental technology
process industries
waste, water or energy sectors
business development
entrepreneurship
More important than specific industry experience is the ability to build relationships, create opportunities and close business.
Compensation
Initially this would be an equity-based opportunity. The intention is to create meaningful ownership for the right person rather than a traditional commission-only sales arrangement. As revenue is generated, the role would naturally evolve into a compensated operating position.

I studied marketing at the Lund School of Economics and have since led digital strategy, advertising, and brand development for companies in Scandinavia and the UK.
Today, I work at the intersection of brand, product, and early-stage growth; helping ideas take shape and find their audience. My focus lies in building from zero: finding the signal, designing with clarity, and going to market with both edge and integrity.
